Timothy Joel Stern, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, completed his Master of Science in Nursing for Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner from Southeastern Louisiana University, Hammond, Louisiana. Stern has over nine years' experience in nursing including urgent care and emergency medicine. Stern is veteran of the Louisiana Army National Guard where he served as an Ambulance Platoon Sergeant. He is licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing. He is a certified Medical Examiner and is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Joel enjoys being a NP and having a positive impact on how patients feel physically, emotionally and spiritually. He is married and has three sons and one daughter.
