Dr. Shauna is by far the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She listens and she cares about her patients. In this case, she not only read my email and lab results from urgent care but she called me immediately in and rechecked me, prescribed what I needed and also told me what to look out for in the event things were different than what we thought was the problem. I so appreciate her attention to my care.

Dr. Bienvenu is the standard by which I judge all other physicians! She is knowledgeable, attentive, professional, efficient, empathetic, and has a contagious can-do attitude! If she doesn't have enough information to give you at the moment, she is quick to find out and let you know. She takes her patients' thoughts and concerns into account before deciding together the next best course of action. I feel like she always puts her patients first, and that is what all great doctors should aspire to do.

I have zero complaints with Dr. Bienvenu. She is everything a doctor should be and more. Her explanations are easy to understand. She asks you lots of questions, gives you several options of care, and doesn't waste any time acting on what we decided together. I feel like I am in the best hands for my healthcare needs.
