Shamecca Causey is an Adult-Gerontology trained Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with 14 years nursing experience in cardiovascular and perioperative nursing. She was certified as a Nurse Practitioner in July 2024 and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. 

Shamecca exhibits strong diagnostic reasoning skills and supports her patient’s wellbeing through care coordination, shared decision making and education. She is passionate about preventive care, screening and health maintenance as well as chronic disease management. 

Outside of her clinical practice, Shamecca enjoys baking, crafting and spending time with her family.
