I've never had a medical experience that went so well. Dr Mani is a superstar. She is very effective at balancing engagement with the patient/parent and performing the clinical visit. She beautifully described the concerns about his medical history, why certain steps were taken, and why she would proceed with the next steps she laid out very clearly. She is funny and charming, which helped make my son feel more comfortable in the appointment - he went from bouncing off the walls to calming down in my arms during the visit. He even left with confidence and a positive attitude, knowing he was going downstairs for a blood draw. I feel much more confident over his health after the appointment.
