Dr. Kali Broussard was born at Our Lady of Lourdes Women’s & Children’s Hospital. She is a Maurice native and graduate of North Vermilion High School in Maurice. Now a Board Certified pediatrician and pediatric infectious disease specialist, Dr. Broussard is excited to serve families in her hometown at Our Lady of Lourdes Physician Group Maurice. She specializes in annual well checks, school physicals, sinus infections, ear infections, cellulitis and pneumonia. Dr. Broussard earned a medical doctorate from LSU Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in New Orleans before completing a pediatric residency at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas, and later a pediatric infectious diseases fellowship from Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She is a fellow of the Infectious Disease Society of America, Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society and American Academy of Pediatrics.
