    This was an initial visit to establish myself as a new patient. We both asked questions about situation and how to progress. We both understand that it will take several visits for her to establish a baseline to go forward with. I feel like we have established a good report.

    Very insensitive, not understanding, does not listen to you. Blaming everything on weight. Wants to put you back on medication that you didn't ask for. Wanted to change a medication that a specialist is in control of. Always seems confused.
