Courtney Kling Campbell, MD, earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center - Shreveport. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she also served as a Chief Pediatric Resident. While chief, Dr. Campbell was awarded the Sergio Stagno Friend of Housestaff Award which recognizes an individual who demonstrates a strong commitment to resident education and often exceeds the role of advocate for residents and interns. Dr. Campbell is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, and became a physician in an effort to use science and medicine to help heal children. She enjoys traveling, running, LSU sports and spending time with her daughter and son.
