Ballard Mann has provided some of the best visits we've been to. She is a great listener and doesn't rush us out the office. I like that she talks directly to the kids and allows them to be engaged in the visit. I also feel like she's not over dramatic about small issues and focuses on more important things. Her visits feel like a team approach rather than just listening to demands.

Ballard has proven to be an excellent P/A! She's thorough, good at diagnosing problems and explaining them. She's also caring in that she listens to concerns I have and offers meaningful suggestions. Her diagnoses have been spot-on every time I've seen her.
