    The physician was totally disengaging. He didn't even check my son's throat until I requested it. He gave no instructions regarding his care; I had to read the documents after I left to fully understand his recommended treatment since he didn't explain anything to me. I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with his delivery of services.

    Dr. Bernales was very thorough. He addressed all my concerns while also making sure he did a thorough check up on my son. He eased all my worries and anxieties, and I was grateful that even with the last appointment he was able to see my son, and give me ease and peace of mind.
