Amal Ezzaiyani, MD, received her medical degree from the University of Tripoli in Libya. She completed her pediatric residency at Tripoli Children's Hospital in Libya and Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Her pediatric nephrology fellowship was completed at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC). Dr. Ezzaiyani is board certified in pediatrics. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Society of Pediatric Nephrology (ASPN), the International Pediatric Nephrology Association (IPNA), and the American Society of Nephrology (ASN). Dr. Ezzaiyani is fluent in Arabic and English, and she likes to read and learn about different cultures. She also enjoys handcrafting and embroidery.
