Allison Penny was awesome.

I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to do better rather than an opportunity to discontinue care for someone who is genuinely asking for help. Out of all of my appointments with Dr. Penny the last few have been some of the worst. Before that I had no issues with this doctor, however, it seems to be that she's increasingly irritable and rude. Her tone of voice for someone who is supposed to provide care is the absolute worst. After making comments telling me that everything was in my head, I brought that up this past appointment and was gaslit and told that that was never said to me.

She seemed irritated and confused as to why I was there and I was kind of uncomfortable and would prefer another provider next time.

Dr. Penny was very helpful and not rushed through with the appointment. Really felt cared for and she was very informative and helpful. She listened!

I love how the NP was very sweet. She listened to my complaint and told the plan.

Once.again y'all do not care about your patients. You give the minimal care possible. Did not even ask me about the severe neuropathy in my feet.
