Certified physician assistant Alaina Stolzenthaler, specializing in women’s primary care, is dedicated to building strong and lasting relationships with a particular interest in motivating her patients to live their best life. She is versed in diagnosing and managing acute and/or chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, obesity, thyroid disease and osteoporosis. After earning a degree in kinesiology from LSU in Baton Rouge, Stolzenthaler completed a master’s degree in physician assistant studies at South College in Atlanta, where she graduated magna cum laude. She worked in private practice focusing on vascular neurology and cardiology before joining Our Lady of Lourdes Physician Group. Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, Stolzenthaler is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants.
